RENOIR

IMPRESIONISM:

              RENOIRE "Alphonsine Fournaise"

Pierre-Auguste Renoire (25th February 1841- 3rd December 1919) he was a French Impresionist painter , in the second part of his career he became interested in painting landscapes female bodies , often inspired by renaissance classical paintings and barrocas.

Renoir offers a more sensual , more inclined to the ornamental and beauty interpretation of impressionism. The lighting is one of the most important focl points in this picture. In this impresionism picture there are a lot of colurs and shadows. We can see a woman sitting on a chair, there is a table with a white tablecloth in it, there is a bridge and a river crossing the garden and there is a forest in the right of the picture.

Other impressionism painters are Claude Monet, Mary Cassat, Edgar Degas, Edouard Manet and Berthe Morisot.

Post-Impressionism. Van Gogh. La siesta.

Vicent Van Gogh was born in 1885. He was a brilliant, Dutch painter.
He was very ill and during his life, he wasn't famous. However, after his death Everybody was amazed to look at his paintings.

He painted Rest from work or Noon in 1890. He used bright colours to Paint.
The peaceful nature of the midday rest. They are blue and yellow colours..

Van Gogh did not name the painting, so it is listed in art books and art websites under different names such as “Noon: Rest From Work” and “Noon Rest.”. Considered worthless when it was painted, but now it is of great value.

We can see it in Museé d´Orsay,Paris. France.

Post-Impressionism was the style that developed reacted against Impressionism. Post-Impressionism is situated in the late 1800's and early 1900's. Similarities between both Impressionists and Post-Impressionists are: a real-life subject, distinctive brushstrokes, thick layers of paint and vivid colors.Post-Impressionism is characterized by bright color, sharp, often outlined edges The main difference between both styles is that Post-Impressionism aimed to attain more form, as well as more expression and emotion into their paintings.

Other post-impressionistic painters are: Cezanne and Paul Gauguin

Similarity: although the forms in the middle are the different forms on the outside, the image appears as a single unit, because all forms have similarity .

Proximity: as we see each other 's closest collaborator as a group

SIMILARITY AND PROXIMITY

Here you can see a example of similarity.
The shell of this snail seems the clouds of a hurricane.

Here you can see many exampes of proximity:
This si a group of zebras seems  only one living thing
This is a group of crocodiles and seems a irregular floor

laws of gestal

This two examples of laws of gestal is from the photographer García de Marina .
The first it's  a similarity and is a snake and the second it's a proximity and is cloud
raining

here you can see an example of similiarity

ICON, SYMBOL AND LOGO

-The  ICON is a simple drawing of a bird.I searched the picture on the internet, and I draw.
-The SYMBOL I found it searching the internet, I liked it and draw it.
-And finally the Logo represents a rain of spirals. Spirals represent evolution and that could be the logo of an Internet company.

For this work  I´ve chosen the roundabout of the horse in Viesques. I painted the horse in green because the horse  is covered of leaves. This figure represents the events about hippic that take place in Gijón.

SIMILARITY AND PROXIMITY

Rembrandt- Sara Zapico

I´ve decided to make the portrait of  Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn, (also known as Rembrandt), because i like the way he draws himself but in an older way... As if he could see himself in the future.

SIMILARITY & PROXIMITY

This is a example of Similarity. This gums form a heart of different colours

This is a example of Proximity this gums form a star

Copacabana!

Hi!

I decided to draw a comic about this song because it tells a sad story. I knew this song because my father is singing it almost all the time when he is in a car.

Her name was Lola, she was a showgirl
With yellow feathers in her hair and a dress cut down to there
She would merengue and do the cha-cha
And while she tried to be a star, Tony always tended bar
Across a crowded floor, they worked from 8 till 4
They were young and they had each other
Who could ask for more?

At the Copa (CO!), Copacabana (Copacabana)
The hottest spot north of Havana (here)
At the Copa (CO!), Copacabana
Music and passion were always the fashion
At the Copa....they fell in love

(Copa Copacabana)

His name was Rico, he wore a diamond
He was escorted to his chair, he saw Lola dancin' there
And when she finished, he called her over
But Rico went a bit too far, Tony sailed across the bar
And then the punches flew and chairs were smashed in two
There was blood and a single gun shot
But just who shot who?

At the Copa (CO!), Copacabana (Copacabana)
The hottest spot north of Havana (here)
At the Copa (CO!), Copacabana
Music and passion were always the fashion
At the Copa....she lost her love

(Copa. . Copacabana)
(Copa Copacabana) (Copacabana, ahh ahh ahh ahh)
(Ahh ahh ahh ahh Copa Copacabana)
(Talking Havana have a banana)
(Music and passion...always the fash--shun)

Her name is Lola, she was a showgirl
But that was 30 years ago, when they used to have a show
Now it's a disco, but not for Lola
Still in the dress she used to wear, faded feathers in her hair
She sits there so refined, and drinks herself half-blind
She lost her youth and she lost her Tony
Now she's lost her mind!

At the Copa (CO!), Copacabana (Copacabana)
The hottest spot north of Havana (here)
At the Copa (CO!), Copacabana
Music and passion were always the fashion
At the Copa....don't fall in love

(Copa) don't fall in love
Copacabana
Copacabana

It tells Lola's story. Lola was a dancer in a bar called Copacabana. She fall in love with the waiter Tony.

At the end, Tony dies and Lola falls into a depression.

And, this is the CD cover.

The CD has nothing to do with the song. I invented it.
It represents the eternal garden, also known as heaven, the place where people goes where they die. I tried to make a spider web at the door that represents that you cant get out of it and the eyes in the bush represent the unknown part of death.

Te Amo - Rihanna

Te amo, te amo she says to me
I hear the pain in her voice
Then we danced underneath the candelabra
She takes the lead
That´s when I saw it in her eyes.
It´s over .

Then she said te amo
Then she put her hand around my wayst
I told her no
She cried te amo
I told her I´m not gonna run away
But let me go
My soul hears her cry
Without asking why
I said te amo
Wish somebody tell me what she said
Don´t it mean I love you
Think it means I love you
Don´t it mean I love you.

Te amo, te amo she scared to breathe
I hold her hand, I got no choice uhh…
Pulled me out on the beach dance in the wather
I start to leave
She´s begging me and asking
Why it´s over.

Then she said te amo
Then she put her hand around my wayst
I told her no
She cried te amo
I told her I´m not gonna run away
But let me go
My soul hears her cry
Without asking why
I said te amo
Wish somebody tell me what she said
Don´t it mean I love you
Think it means I love you
Don´t it mean I love you
Yes, we can dance but you gotta watch your hands
Watch me all night, I move under the light
Because I understand that we all need love
And I´m not afraid to feel the love
But I don´t feel that way.

Then she said te amo
Then she put her hand around my wayst
I told her no
She cried te amo
I told her I´m not gonna run awayBut let me go
My soul hears her cry
Without asking why
I said te amo
Wish somebody tell me what she said
Don´t it mean I love you
Think it means I love you
Don´t it mean I love you

 THIS IS MY COMIC

AND THIS IS MY CD COVER

ICON, SYMBOL & LOGO

I decided to do a butterfly because I started thinking of something different that the people would like  and they are very striking by their colours.

- The ICON is a simple drawing of a butterfly, I searched the picture on internet.
- The SYMBOL is a Maori tatto and I choose this because I love them.
- And finally, the LOGO is the name of a new clothing store that I've just imaginated.

My favorite Mass Media

My favorite mass media are movile phones, because you can use them to talk to friends or family , you can look for information, you can also listen to music or watch films and you can take pictures. They are something that you can have always with you and I think they are very useful.
